Vicarage Road has been home to Watford Football Club since 1922, and has seen redevelopments over the years to hold a capacity of 19,920. Watford F.C were forced to sell the stadium in 2003 but thanks to donations from fans and the entire proceeds of an Elton John concert, the club was able to buy back the stadium for £7.6 million in 2005. Vicarage Road is now an excellent conference facility within easy commuting distance from London.
