Bramall LaneHistory
Bramall Lane is the oldest major ground in the world and one of the founder members of the Football Association. The first football match took place in 1862 between Sheffield Club and Hallam, lasting 3 hours and resulting in a goal less draw. The stadium has moved with the times and been expanded over the years to now include a seated capacity of 32,609 as well as excellent conference and banqueting facilities for up to 400 people.
