A: As a business, you can use a credit line to manage your off-site meetings. We can email you special offers and you can join our loyalty club, which will give you improved discounts and a choice of rewards.

Q: How long does it take to open a company account and what information is needed?
A: It takes a few minutes online and needs the information that would be on most company letterheads. You can set-up an account by following this link

Q: How can I pay?
A: You can use a credit card or the credit line associated with your account.

Q: I have booked a meeting room or opened an account and have not received an email confirmation?
A: You should receive an email confirmation within a few minutes. If you have not received an email after 24 hours, please advise us using enquiries@arenarooms.com or call us on 0845 603 3139.

Q: Do I have to buy anything when I have opened an account?
A: No. Your account details can be used to join our regular newsletter of special offers and events. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Q: Can I update my account details?
A: Yes. Your account user name and password give you access to your account details and you can amend them at any time.

Q: Can I give you feedback on any aspect of your website or service?
A: Yes. We welcome any type of feedback that can improve the level of service we offer you.

Q: What happens if my booking time or date needs to change?
A: Please inform us as soon as possible if there are any changes to your original booking. We will always endeavour to meet your requirements, subject to room availability. Please note there can be an amendments charge made by the clubs, depending on the notice period given for charges, prior to the event.

Q: Can I cancel my booking, once it has been confirmed?
A: There is a sliding scale of charges for cancelled bookings. This is because there may not be enough time for the facility to be resold.

Q: Do my details get passed to anyone else?
A: No. We have a strict policy of protecting your data and do not resell or pass your information to any other organisation.
