added extras often included like free parking, free meeting materials, stadium tour
opportunities and discounts on club merchandise. There is no atmosphere that can match holding
your meeting at one of the UK’s finest sporting stadiums
Company Background
Arena Rooms.com was established following a 'eureka' moment following a business meeting,
at a city centre hotel. The feedback from the attendees did not make good reading:
- The venue was difficult to find
- The meeting room was claustrophobic
- The speakers were drowned out by the noise from the meeting in the next room
- The food and refreshments were of poor quality
The meeting had cost in excess of £1,500 + VAT (£500 for the room, £650 for car parking, £3.50 per cup of coffee etc)
Compare that to the feedback from the next meeting held at the local Premiership football ground. Feedback read:
- A great venue to hold a meeting. So different to the usual hotel rooms and easy to find
- The value for money was exceptional
- The room was well set out with plenty of space
- The meeting addressed 20% more of the agenda, than usual
- The catering facilities were first class
- The tour of the ground was a great added benefit
The meeting cost £980 + VAT (£400 for the room, £0 for car parking, £1.20 per cup of coffee etc)

Main Function
We are an Internet business dedicated to the marketing and selling of non-event day meeting
room and conferencing capacity at UK sporting arenas. The company's main focus areas are
excellent customer satisfaction and providing exceptional value for money. Clients use our
facilities for a wide range of Services:

Charity
We are proud to work with and support Football Aid (www.footballaid.com). They raise
funds for juvenile diabetes and other good causes by holding charity football matches
where members of the public can play at professional stadiums alongside footballing
legends. Barcelona, Arsenal, Celtic, Chelsea, Hampden Park, Liverpool, Manchester United,
Newcastle United, Tottenham Hotspur and Rangers are some of the grounds where winning
bidders have played alongside Josep Guardiola, Bryan Robson, Steve Bull, Danny McGrain,
Andy Hinchcliffe, Ally McCoist and Alan Kennedy. The teams are also managed by legends
like Wilf McGuinness, Ricky Villa, Brian Hall, Chris Turner and Chris Coleman.
